Don Lape-President
Don was a Pastor and Christian educator for over twenty years when he retired in 2001 to join the construction industry as a project manager and superintendent. After a couple of years, Don moved into residential sales of siding and windows with one of the largest home improvement companies in the United States.
It didn’t take Don long to realize customer service suffered greatly when working with such a large company and the idea of L & L Design & Remodeling, Inc. was born. Don oversees marketing, sales and helps set up the advertising-promotional homes the company uses to promote its products and workmanship to the community.
Doug Larson-Vice President
Doug has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked in all facets of construction, from excavation and operation of heavy equipment to developing residential properties. For the past ten years, Doug and L & L contractors have been involved in remodeling and building new residential military housing, primarily at Fort Lewis.
Doug’s emphasis on strong customer service, “on time” completion, and quality workmanship earned L & L contractors the status of “preferred military contractor.” Doug oversees our commercial and remodeling division of the company.

It does absolutely no good to use quality products if they are not installed properly, which is why our professional installers are security screened, licensed and trained to do the job precisely to manufacturer specifications.
We are licensed, bonded and insured in each state in which we operate and carry a $1,000,000 policy of protection for the homeowner. Our expert project management team beats industry standards for project completion time with minimal inconvenience to the homeowner. The L & L Design & Remodeling team takes pride in their work and upon completion of a project, will leave your property as clean as when they started.
